Sophisticated Investor Criteria
Who Can Invest?
Investment opportunities in our projects are open to individuals who wish to participate using their personal capacity. However, it’s important to note that eligibility for each specific offer may vary, and not all individuals will be eligible for every opportunity.
We extend the opportunity for corporationsto invest in our projects. The investment agreement will be established in the name of the company, providing corporate entities with a pathway to benefit from our projects.
Trustees have the option to invest in our projects on behalf of the trusts they manage. This allows trusts to take part in our investment opportunities and potentially generate returns for the beneficiaries.
Certain offers within our portfolio are available for investment from self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs). This enables SMSFs to consider our investment options as a part of their overall investment strategy.
