Investor Criteria
Who Can Invest?
Individuals
Investment opportunities in our projects are open to individuals who wish to participate using their personal capacity. However, it’s important to note that eligibility for each specific offer may vary, and not all individuals will be eligible for every opportunity.
Corporations
We extend the opportunity for corporationsto invest in our projects. The investment agreement will be established in the name of the company, providing corporate entities with a pathway to benefit from our projects.
Trusts
Trustees have the option to invest in our projects on behalf of the trusts they manage. This allows trusts to take part in our investment opportunities and potentially generate returns for the beneficiaries.
SMSF
Certain offers within our portfolio are available for investment from self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs). This enables SMSFs to consider our investment options as a part of their overall investment strategy.
Who Can Invest?
Our offers are only available to sophisticated and wholesale investors.
Sophisticated Investor Test
Under the Corporations Act 2001, a person can be considered a wholesale investor if they pass one of the following tests
If you or entity that is able to make an investment of at least $500 000 or more in a single investment.
If you or entity investing less than $500,000 in an investment fund or an entity have a certificate from a qualified accountant stating the following:
Have net assets of at least $2.5 million
OR
Have a gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least $250,000
OR
Have or control gross assets of at least $10 million or more.
