Adam is a founding member of Mountain Assets, with over 20 years’ experience in finance and entrepreneurship. Adam holds a Masters in Business from the University of Wollongong, and has extensive experience working in marketing and management, with personal experience developing and running several successful companies. When not in the office, Adam works as Australia’s leading careers speaker for high school age students, and enjoys spending time in the surf and with his family. 

Adnan (Addy) Tanveer is the Managing Partner at Mountain Asset Partners, an award-winning firm specializing in asset management and tailored investment solutions. He holds an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance and an advanced MBA from Sydney Business School at the University of Wollongong. With extensive experience in business development, negotiation, and strategic partnerships, he also holds a board seat at Six-Tricks Distilling Co. Adnan is passionate about cricket, playing for the Cronulla Seagulls on weekends, and enjoys staying active with CrossFit and running. His commitment to community and education is evident through his volunteer work as a guest speaker and executive coordinator.

Meet Liz, our dedicated Office Manager with a wealth of experience. With a background as a General Manager in hospitality and extensive work as an office administrator, Liz brings a unique blend of leadership and organizational skills to our team.

Beyond the office, Liz thrives on spending quality time with her family and indulging her passion for the great outdoors. An avid participant in ultra running events, she exemplifies commitment and endurance both in and out of the workplace.

New to the team in early 2024, Ryan contributes over a decade of expertise in account management and customer relations, complemented by a robust background in sales and marketing. He is known for his passionate approach as an account manager, consistently aiming for optimal client outcomes. Beyond work, Ryan indulges in cooking and enjoys hosting gatherings for family and friends, cherishing moments with loved ones. His interests span from Golf to Rugby League, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for sports.

Al has over 20 years’ experience in sales and strategic planning leadership, high level customer negotiations, and business management. He has worked in executive level positions at a diverse range of high-profile international businesses and is highly passionate about encouraging investment in successful projects with tangible community benefits. In his free time, Al coaches several junior rugby teams around the Sutherland Shire.

Fahad started with mountain assets as a client associate in 2018, and has since moved into the role of senior manager. He holds a Bsc(Hons) in economics and a masters in accounting, and has worked as an investor services associate for the ASX registry and a financial analyst for a fortune 500 company. Fahad is passionate about working to meet the goals of a diverse range of clients, and in his free time, enjoys playing cricket and spending time with his son.

Damien brings extensive business and entrepreneurship experience to the team, having started and sold two businesses and held positions on the advisory boards of three different start ups. He is a highly qualified business strategist, and is extremely passionate about socially beneficial entrepreneurship. In Damien’s free time, he coaches junior rugby union, and enjoys BBQing, time with his family, and motorbiking.

Joining Mountain Assets in 2022, Ben Ross brings over a decade of expertise in finance and business management. With a notable career in the NRL and State of Origin, Ben transitioned into finance after his playing days, focusing on disability services and NDIS initiatives. As a successful business owner and property developer, Ben offers invaluable expertise to our investment projects. His personal journey, including overcoming a severe neck injury, fuels his commitment to enhancing the quality of life for disabled Australians.

Jasmine is a highly qualified Senior Client Manager, with a Masters of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Coventry University, over 12 years’ experience in asset management across both the UK and Australia, and an additional 5 years’ experience working in sales and marketing. She is passionate about using this experience to help her extensive list of clients, and in her free time, she enjoys podcasts, spending time with her family and friends, and travelling.

Joining the team in 2018, Michael brings over 20 years’ experience in account management and marketing with a range of high-profile organisations. He specialises in business development and supply contract management and is highly passionate about Mountain Assets’ work encouraging investment in ethical and environmentally sustainable development. In his free time, Michael enjoys watching and playing soccer, surfing, and swimming.

Michael brings over 15 years of experience in driving strategic value across various sectors, with a focus on APAC localization and rapid growth businesses. He is actively involved with The Salvation Army and previously with Employment Plus' NDIS & business services. Michael is dedicated to providing long-term support and enhancing financial independence for individuals, families, and businesses. His continued engagement in strategic leadership, particularly in technology and startup businesses, allows him to consistently deliver value to his investors and clients.
