  • Saorsa Health is currently in the process of developing an NDIS residential property comprising a sophisticated complex with six 2-bedroom units situated over two levels. Each unit will feature two well-appointed bathrooms, hydrotherapy baths, and dedicated overnight carers’ accommodation. The property will be designed to meet high physical support criteria and will fully comply with the guidelines and requirements set forth by Special Disability Accommodation.
  • To ensure impeccable management and leasing operations, an NDIS approved provider will be appointed to oversee the leasing and management of all units, ensuring seamless and professional service delivery. The units will be equipped with state-of-the-art independent-enabling features, including hydrotherapy baths, Zimi-Senoa automation systems, monitored sprinkler & fire systems, electronically adjustable benchtops, automatic sliding doors, a comprehensive white goods package, and height-adjustable king single beds/lifts.
  • Proposed lease agreements are intended to be long-term, spanning a duration of 10 years, with the added benefit of two optional 5-year extensions, offering investors an extended period of income stability and potential for continued growth. The rental income will be secured by NDIS, providing a reliable and substantiated source of revenue for investors throughout the lease term
